Plymouth Hoe West

Plymouth Hoe is a large open green space overlooking Plymouth Sound that is popular for recreation and tourism. Below the Hoe are walkways and seating areas cut into the limestone cliffs, which are used for swimming, fishing and enjoying the marine environment.
